Our continued investment in the latest mattress manufacturing technology puts us at the forefront of our industry and we are experts at quality engineered foam products. We are not just retailers of memory foam mattresses, we have our own in-house pressure mapping facility for mattresses to assess their pressure reducing capabilities. 

All mattresses and toppers are CNC computer cut, which gives us the option to "Zone" the support surfaces of mattresses and toppers to further enhance their pressure point reduction. This technique has been used for years in the healthcare industry and is now being used more and more for domestic mattresses production.

Our factory also produces many technical specialist foam products which are exported mot only in the uk but throughout the world, with divisions in the company dedicated to healthcare, acoustic foam products, automotive seating to name just a few.
